These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, phone support services, and any assistance we provide related to airline bookings, changes, modifications, cancellations, refunds, or other travel-related matters. By accessing our website (flugbooking.live), calling our support line (+34 960 102 527), or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. FlugBooking is an independent, third-party facilitation and support service. We are not an airline, online travel agency (OTA), booking platform, or official representative or partner of any airline or travel provider. Our role is limited to assisting customers by:FlugBooking es un servicio independiente de facilitación y soporte de terceros. No somos una aerolínea, agencia de viajes en línea (OTA), plataforma de reservas ni representante o socio oficial de ninguna aerolínea o proveedor de viajes. Nuestro rol se limita a asistir a los clientes mediante:
- Providing guidance on airline policies and proceduresProporcionar orientación sobre políticas y procedimientos de aerolíneas
- Helping prepare information required for airline communicationsAyudar a preparar la información requerida para comunicaciones con aerolíneas
- Assisting with phone or online submissions where permittedAsistir con envíos telefónicos o en línea cuando esté permitido
- Following up on requests on your behalf (subject to airline consent and your authorization)Hacer seguimiento de solicitudes en su nombre (sujeto al consentimiento de la aerolínea y su autorización)
We do not sell tickets, process payments to airlines, hold inventory, or guarantee any outcome. All final decisions regarding bookings, changes, refunds, compensation, or cancellations rest exclusively with the airline or relevant authority. We act only as a facilitator and cannot override airline rules or policies.No vendemos billetes, procesamos pagos a aerolíneas, mantenemos inventario ni garantizamos ningún resultado. Todas las decisiones finales sobre reservas, cambios, reembolsos, compensaciones o cancelaciones corresponden exclusivamente a la aerolínea o autoridad competente. Actuamos únicamente como facilitadores y no podemos anular normas o políticas de las aerolíneas.
2. Fees and PaymentTarifas y Pago
Our assistance services are provided on a fee basis. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the request (simple inquiry vs. full refund negotiation, multi-leg itinerary changes, etc.). We will always quote the exact fee upfront and obtain your explicit agreement before proceeding with any chargeable work. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, even if the airline ultimately denies your request—our compensation covers time, expertise, and communication efforts.Nuestros servicios de asistencia se prestan con base en tarifas. Las tarifas varían según la complejidad de la solicitud (consulta simple vs. negociación completa de reembolso, cambios de itinerario multi-tramo, etc.). Siempre cotizaremos la tarifa exacta por adelantado y obtendremos su acuerdo explícito antes de proceder con cualquier trabajo con cargo. Las tarifas no son reembolsables una vez iniciados los servicios, incluso si la aerolínea deniega finalmente su solicitud — nuestra compensación cubre tiempo, experiencia y esfuerzos de comunicación.

4. No Guarantees or WarrantiesSin Garantías
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, airline responses, refund amounts, approval of changes, or any other result. Airline policies change frequently and vary by route, ticket type, timing, and jurisdiction—we cannot control or predict airline decisions.Los servicios se prestan “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. No ofrecemos garantías, expresas o implícitas, sobre resultados, respuestas de aerolíneas, importes de reembolso, aprobación de cambios o cualquier otro resultado. Las políticas de las aerolíneas cambian con frecuencia y varían según ruta, tipo de billete, momento y jurisdicción — no podemos controlar ni predecir decisiones de las aerolíneas.
5. Limitation of LiabilityLimitación de Responsabilidad
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlugBooking, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service in question.En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, FlugBooking, sus propietarios, empleados y agentes no serán responsables de daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos derivados del uso de nuestros servicios, incluso si se les advirtió de la posibilidad de tales daños. 6. Termination and ChangesTerminación y Cambios
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate assistance, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
